Consumer protection in view as cryptoasset activities brought into scope

FCA makes finfluencer arrests in week of global action
The regulator has arrested three people, authorised criminal proceedings against three others and carried out further enforcement action during the first week of June - which is also a "global week of action against unlawful finfluencers".

Applications for Supercharged Sandbox open to firms in early AI testing
