Adjudicate or arbitrate? The choice is yours to make

MUCH has been written about the Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996, and its obligatory adjudication procedures, which will affect professional indemnity, CAR and public liability insurers. The intention was to implement Sir Michael Latham‘s aims to provide for “speedy dispute resolution if any conflict arises, by a pre-determined and impartial adjudicator/referee/expert”.
