Century Business Services sells insurance division

CLEVELAND - Century Business Services, the US accounting firm has agreedto sell its insurance division - including Century Surety and EvergreenNational Indemnity - to a group of financial services companies for $31m.Proceeds from the deal will be used for debt reduction, Century BusinessServices said. The purchasing consortium includes: Avalon National CorpStonehenge Partners, Colonial Banc Corp, First Mutual of Richmond and OhioValley Banc Corp.
