AIG Europe to strengthen risk finance approach

London - AIG Europe has confirmed the appointment of Richard Harris as senior vice president and head of risk finance. His mandate is to grow risk finance - an AIG approach to managing risk which involves fusing insurance and financial and capital market strategies to protect the full spectrum of a client's exposures - throughout Europe. He is also charged with recruiting and developing a team of product specialists.
