Courts reject California insurance Acts

COURTS have rejected two California regulatory and legislative Acts, the former allowing insurers to base motor rates primarily
on location, gender, and other factors; the latter allowing agents to keep commissions collected on premiums subject to Proposition
103 rate rollbacks.
