Iron Trades

THE UK‘s Lord Chancellor has appointed 20 or so individuals to form the new Civil Justice Council, to be chaired by Lord WOOLF. Vice-chairman is Sir RICHARD SCOTT, head of Civil Justice. Council members include ASHTON WEST, above, a general manager with Iron Trades, who has worked with the Association of British Insurers, and TIM WALLIS, joint managing partner of Crutes, insurance solicitors, and director of ADR Net Ltd, part of mediator ADR Group.
