THE US Air Force's recent assertion that space aliens who supposedly crashed into the New Mexico desert, above, 50 years ago were dummies being used for high altitude research was denounced yesterday by an "alien abduction" insurer, writes Chris Quick.

Simon Burgess, director of Goodfellow Rebecca Ingrams Pearson (Grip), still views what has become known as the Roswell Incident as a hoax.
