Swiss Life gets lift

IN 1996 the Swiss Life/ Rentenanstalt Group increased premium income 28% to SFr13.9bn ($9.6bn). Net investment income rose 27.4% to a new high of SFr4.9bn, writes Fred Winkler, Zurich.
