Euler profits up

FRENCH credit insurer, Euler, which changed its name last year from Societe Francaise d‘Assurance Credit (SFAC), increased its net consolidated profits by more than 16% to FFr393m ($67.7m) in 1996, writes Andrew Spurrier, Paris. Group turnover increased by nearly half under the effect of a series of acquisitions.
