Board changes

James Fisher & Sons plc, the UK marine services provider, has announced the appointment of Nick Henry as group chief executive with immediate effect following the resignation of Angus Buchanan. Nick Henry joined the company from P&O in February 2003 as managing director of James Fisher Tankships. Angus Buchanan has been group chief executive since 2002 and is resigning to enable him to give more time to his family.
