FRANKONA Rueckversicherung, the German reinsurer, has appointed BERNHARD FINK as chief executive from June 1. He succeeds Dr Achim Kann, who resigned as chief executive in December 1995 and became deputy chairman of Frankona‘s supervisory board. Mr Fink will also become general manager of ERC International Reinsurance Holding, which deals with the European interests of Employers Re.
