IACS improve blacklisted Flag performance

Early last year IACS announced a programme to help Flag States on the Paris Memorandum of Understanding ‘blacklist’ to improve their performance. An IACS initiative was first designed in response to the Cyprus Administration’s proactive efforts to improve their Flag State performance. Since its implementation over one year ago, improvements have been noted for the Cyprus fleet.
