SYSDECO UK (tel: 01223-420464) reports that Phase 1 of the Claims Office Support System (COSS) it has been developing for Lloyd‘s has gone live on schedule and according to plan. The company, a subsidiary of the Norwegian Sysdeco Group, won the �1.8m ($2.9m) contract last year and the new system is intended to merge and replace the three separate claims systems which processed marine, non-marine and aviation business.
