SECOND EDITION OF TECHNOLOGY AND CONSTRUCTION COURT GUIDE

A second edition has been published of The Technology and Construction Court Guide which came into effect on 3 October 2005. The text of the Guide is available at www.hmcourts-service.gov.uk/docs/tcc_guide.htm . It is a relatively detailed document containing 18 sections and five Appendices. It covers matters ranging from the pre-action protocol, case management conferences, ADR, arbitration, discovery, expert evidence, the trial, costs and enforcement. The appendices include a case management directions form, a pre-trial review questionnaire and a draft ADR Order.
