Where does the cargo go?

A recent ruling in a case arising from a dispute over where cargo is stowed should be of interest. Christopher Hill explains.

IN the previous two issues this column has assumed the appearance of being reminiscences of a somewhat addled-brained P&I claims person which, after 30+ years of P&I claims handling, is the likely fate of such a person. This month I shall take a long, hard and serious look at a recent case which should be of interest to P&I persons, not to mention deviation insurance underwriters.
