The Sea Maas [1999] 2 Lloyd’s Rep 281 involved an argument regarding competing jurisdictions (England, per the Italian consignees who had twice arrested the vessel in England, or the Netherlands, per the Dutch owners), that had arisen on a voyage from Wales to Italy.
