Moving on

For the last three years Compliance Monitor has joined forces with leading City recruitment consultancy Joslin Rowe to survey opinion amongst compliance professionals on a variety of topics: how are compliance departments coping with the statutory regime? Is it difficult to find compliance staff of the right calibre? What is the state of morale and how is the FSA rated? As previously, through an online questionnaire we collated the views of just under a 100 compliance professionals from major financial institutions. Their anonymity was assured and as a result the survey generated some hard-hitting responses.
