Trained and competent

The final text of the Training and Competence Sourcebook is now available (www.fsa.gov.uk/pubs/policy/p60.pdf). The FSA says in the executive summary that “The proposed record-keeping rules were broadly supported by all sectors of the industry” and there have been few changes. Similarly, the proposed transitional arrangements were viewed as “practical and fair” and have been carried forward almost unaltered.
