Complaints against the FSA

The FSA has outlined, in CP73 “Investigation of complaints against the FSA”, the mechanism under which complaints made against it for misconduct or maladministration will be handled. In the first instance its own staff will look at the issue and if that route fails to satisfy the other party, he may require the regulator to refer the matter to an independent “Complaints Commissioner”.
