FSA: the experiment begins

WHEN the UK Financial Services and Markets Bill received Royal Assent this month it marked the end of consideration, formulation and reformulation of the primary legislative changes needed to effect the furthest reaching changes in regulation that the country has ever witnessed in what is, arguably, the most important and successful industry in UK plc.
