Papers published on ATSs and market abuse

The Forum of European Securities Commissions (FESCO) has published two papers, on ‘The regulation of Alternative Trading Systems in Europe’ and ‘A European regime against Market Abuse’. The former was prepared for the EU Commission as a contribution to the Commission’s preparation of a Green Paper on possible amendments to the Investment Services Directive (ISD), and the latter is FESCO’s response to the calls for the views of securities regulators under the EU’s Action Plan for Financial Services.
