Clearstream/Deutsche Börse deal nears completion
Deutsche Börse’s acquisition of the remaining 50% share in Luxembourg-based ICSD Clearstream has cleared major hurdle’s with
the acceptance of the offer by Cedel shareholders and the granting of regulatory permission from the German merger control
authority and the Luxembourg regulator.
