COB updates rules on warrants and structured bonds

On 12 March 2002, the French
Commision des Opérations de Bourse (
COB) and the
Conseil des Marchés Financiers
announced an update of their General Principles relating to the issue of warrants and structured bonds and of the admission
of these securities to listing in France. The update removes technical obstacles relating to the issue of warrants.
