FSA CP 185: a new approach to UK-regulated investment funds

The UK Financial Services Authority (FSA) is in the process of reforming the regulation of collective investment schemes,
encompassing UK unit trusts and open-ended investment companies (together referred to as ‘Funds’).The FSA’s intention is to
have a more flexible framework to allow Fund operators to meet investor needs.
