JFSA finds more breaches
The Japanese authorities have continued their clamp down on short selling, after the Financial Services Authority announced
that Merrill Lynch Japan Securities, KBC Financial Products UK, Okasan Securities Co and CSFB Securities (Japan) Ltd has all
violated laws designed to curb short-selling.
