SFC consults the public on draft Contract Notes Rules

The Securities and Futures Commission (“SFC”) released for public consultation the draft Securities and Futures (Contract Notes, Statements of Account and Receipts) Rules ("draft Rules") on 28 September 2001. These are to be made under the Securities and Futures Bill ("Bill") when enacted. The Bill is currently being considered by a Legislative Council Bills Committee.
