New Risk-Related Regulation takes Shape.

As the clock ticks towards N2 enormous efforts have been expended in secondary legislative activity from HM Treasury, the making of ‘final’ rules and guidance by FSA in the completion of its Handbook in good time. These efforts are being mirrored and magnified at industry level in the implementation of change.
