The Nederlandsche Bank/Dutch Central Bank, the Stichting Toezicht Effectenverkeer/Securities Board of the Netherlands (STE)
and the Verzekeringskamer/Insurance Chamber (the regulators) have streamlined their respective consumer information functions
by opening three regulatory information telephone lines. The regulators will operate the service in conjunction with each
other. The option to submit written queries to the regulators (by email or otherwise) will remain unaltered.
