Europeans press on collateral

Autumn sees the International Underwriting Association (IUA) continue attempts to convince US interests that its members should not be required to post collateral of 100% of their insured US liabilities. As TRR went to press, the association’s director of operations Dave Matcham was due to attend the autumn meeting of the US National Conference of Insurance Legislators (NCOIL) in San Francisco.
