Regulatory net catches travel agents

Publication of the Financial Services Authority’s (FSA) consultation paper (CP 07/22) in December not only sets out the timetable to regulation of “Connected Travel Insurance” from January 2009, but also clarifies the extent to which the FSA is considering deviation from its existing intermediary regime, which is not very much at all.
