Changes

GC Securities is the new name for what used to be known as MMC Securities. In Europe, the division is led by managing director Mark Hewett, and in North America by managing director Christopher McGhee. GC Securities has offices in New York, London and Paris, and claims capabilities in buy-side and sell-side advisory services, capital raising and innovative capital market products.
