Brazil: a twin-engine aircraft crashed in the Amazon jungle, killing all six people aboard, according to Brazil’s National Civil Aeronautics Board. The Seneca aircraft crashed in dense forest in central Brazil about 25 miles from Cuiaba in Mato Grosso state, where it took off. Cuiaba is 980 miles north-west of Rio de Janeiro.
