Improved financial security rating boosts Scor price to 52-week high

Around two-thirds of the insurance stocks monitored by WIR closed higher on the fortnight ending 4 August. Best performer was US property/casualty group St Paul Travelers, which finished the fortnight 9% up at $44.73, while the biggest faller was Bermudian reinsurer RenaissanceRe, which closed 4% down at $45.4.
