Buffett wants transparency

Commenting on the Enron collapse, Berkshire Hathaway chairman Warren Buffett told shareholders to demand better disclosure of information from company management. Mr Buffett was sceptical about the legislation changes put forward by Congress, including mandatory rotation of auditors, and instead stressed the need for companies to provide better quarterly and annual information.
