CGNU grows in Hong Kong

CGNU will pay £31mn (US$44mn) to hold a 100% interest in DBS Group Holdings subsidiaries Dao Heng Assurance and DBS Kwong ON Insurance and to form a further bancassurance partnership with DBS to sell insurance and savings products to the bank’s 1mn customers in Hong Kong. The two companies had already established a bancassurance partnership in Singapore last July.
