Generali buys Chilean fund manager
In a rare Italian incursion into the Chilean financial markets,
Generali has taken over fund management company AFP Planvital through its subsidiary Banca della Svizzera Italiana OBFI. The firm
was sold by the Inverraz group, holding company for Chilean businessman and politician Francisco Javier Errázuriz.
