NRMA New Zealand subsidiary to restructure

State Insurance, New Zealand’s largest fire and general insurer, has announced it will reorganise its operations by the end of the year, with the loss of about 240 jobs. State, now part of Australia’s largest general insurer, NRMA Insurance Group, will close two of its five call centres and reduce sales offices from 60 to 30 as it restructures its operations.
