Taiwan wants higher premiums for bad drivers
The authorities in Taiwan are planning to use insurance premium rates to check traffic violations. Insurance companies have
been asked to charge higher premium rates for vehicle and motorcycle drivers who break traffic rules, beginning in 2002.
