Investments hit by downturn in Japan
Swedish insurer L nsf rs kringar Wasa s real estate fund, Fastighetsfonden, was the company s strongest performer last year.
It rose by 43.9%, beating the underlying property and construction sector index, which rose by 21% over the period. The total
assets of this fund amounted to SwKr292bn at the end of last year.
