Unlocking the future

Gary Benanav, vice-chairman of New York Life Insurance Company and chairman and chief executive of New York Life International argues that the US financial services industry has much to gain from China’s accession to the World Trade Organisation (WTO). Mr Benanav is also chairman of the US committees of the Pacific Basin Economic Council and the Pacific Economic Co-operation Council.
