AIG

American International Group has consolidated a large part of it property/casualty operations. The North American division of American International Underwriters and Domestic Brokerage Group, which serves the overseas insurance needs of US companies, will combine with the Foreign Multinational division of AIG Risk Management, which provides insurance to US subsidiaries of foreign companies. The new entity will be called AIG WorldSource Division.
