Parabis acquires Martello Underwriting from RSA

Parabis Limited, part of the Parabis Group, has completed an agreement with Royal & SunAlliance for the acquisition its Martello Underwriting Limited claims and legal team. As a result of this deal, Parabis Limited has announced the launch of its “end-to-end professional indemnity claims management solution developed specifically to meet the unique needs of both Lloyd’s market clients and professional indemnity insurers generally.”
