Damages for cruise accident

A woman has won over £3,000 in compensation after an accident during a cruise on the Queen Mary 2. A sheet of glass fell down onto her balcony from a deck above, missing her by inches but causing her to fall backwards to the ground, injuring her right wrist and right side. She managed to continue her holiday but was in pain throughout.
