Irritating adverts? – Calm down, Dear!

With all the talk of compensation culture and the rise of the US tort problem in the UK, it is good to see that not all the British public are out to sue everyone possible. A reent poll suggests that some of the public are even getting a bit fed up with it all. Was it a survey of attitudes to compensation in the UK? Was it a survey of insurers on liability costs? A poll of people fed up with people knocking on their door and asking if they have had an accident?
