White paper on insurability of environmental liability launched

The CEA, the representative organisation for the European insurance and reinsurance industry, has launched a White Paper on Insurability of Environmental Liability at a meeting in Brussels to consider the necessary conditions for the successful implementation of the Environmental Liability Directive (ELD), which is scheduled to enter into force in the EU Member States by 30 April 2007.
