IVF clinic allegations could lead to legal claims

IVF legal expert Muiris Lyons of Irwin Mitchell, who acts on behalf of Natallie Evans in her “frozen embryo” litigation which is currently pending judgment from the Grand Chamber of the European Court of Human Rights in Strasbourg, has said that patients who were treated at one of IVF doctor Mohamed Taranissi’s clinics, may have grounds for making a claim. This follows the recent allegations against Dr Taranissi made in a Panorama documentary containing undercover footage.
