Second expert can be used in special circumstances

A woman, a self-employed consultant, was injured in two road traffic accidents suffering whiplash injuries. As a result of the accident she claimed that her injuries had rendered her unfit for work for more than three days a week and that consequently her income had been halved. She claimed that she would remain in that position for the rest of her working life.
