Thompsons in new funding initiative for clinical negligence

Thompsons Solicitors has introduced a new funding aspect to its Clinical Negligence Service, in a move designed to provide medical negligence claimants with easier access to justice. According to the law firm, it follows the curtailment of legal aid and the need to help claimants who might otherwise be put off taking action because of the costs involved.
