Woman wins sex discrimination claim

A woman who claimed that her boss moved a CCTV camera so that it pointed at her work station, has won her claim for sex discrimination and constructive dismissal. The boss admitted sexually harassing the female member of staff for almost two years. She was forced to take time off work for stress, and eventually had to leave her job. The boss admitted liability and paid her £16,500.
