Corporate litigation trends in the UK

Is the UK becoming more litigious? Well, according to a recent legal survey, it certainly is, with four in five UK businesses (78%) saying that they faced court action over the past 12 months, up from 66% last year. The 2006 Litigation Trends Survey from international law firm Fulbright & Jaworski also found that the percentage of UK respondents who faced more than 50 court actions in the past year tripled, from just 5% in 2005 to 15% in 2006.
